Delivery Information

DISPATCH

On weekdays, orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 working days.

Any orders placed after 2pm on Fridays are dispatched and posted on Monday. No orders are posted over the weekend or bank holidays.

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

We are available for contact between 10am and 4pm, Tuesday to Saturday if you have any queries relating to your order.

Please note: delivery times are likely to be extended during bank holidays.

We deliver to UK Mainland addresses only at the moment.

COLLECT IN STORE

If it is convenient for you to collect your purchase from our shop then you may do so and avoid any delivery charges.

For security purposes, the person who placed the order must collect it along with the payment card used in the transaction, together with the order number.

 

Returns

RETURNING AN ITEM

Please contact us if you would like to return your order. With every purchase online from us you have a 'cooling off period' which lasts for 14 days and begins when you receive the item. During this time you may return the unworn and unused item in its original condition for a full refund.

For hygiene reasons we cannot refund any food items unless they are faulty. 

 There are two easy ways to return an item:

1-Return the item to our shops for an immediate refund or exchange

Place the unused item into its original packaging.

Bring along your dispatch note along with the item.

If the item is in its original condition, we will process the refund or exchange for you.

If you require a refund, please bring with you the credit/debit card used in the original transaction.

 

2-Return by post

Contact us with information regarding your situation.

Place the item into its original packaging if possible along with the dispatch note that came with the item.

If the item is in its original condition, we will refund via the card used to place the order.

 CANCELLING AN ORDER BEFORE DISPATCH

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we dispatch it by telephoning. You will need to provide your name and address details, as well as your order number which you will have received in the order confirmation email.

 Refunds can only be made to the payment card used to purchase the goods. If you buy on-line, the recipient will not be able to get a cash refund if they want to return the item.

If an item is not suitable or you have changed your mind, we will ask you to pay the return postage.
